COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE - NOV 2020
We are working around the clock -- 24 hours a day to make sure that your orders are arriving on time.

Your Toloco experience is very important to us! During this time, there may be a slight delay on your delivery, due to shipping delays that are beyond our control.

 

1 : WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM? 

- All orders will be immediately handled. 

- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within same day of payment. 

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility. 

 



2 : WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS? 

Depending on the logistics method you choose, the transportation time is also different. Specifically, the logistics method selected by the actual order is the main one.

 

3:CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has left the warehouse (usually same day after your payment is made.) a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.

4:CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has shipped. Once we have sent out your shipping confirmation. we no longer have the ability to make changes or to cancel the order. 

 

5:WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPTS? 

We accept all credit cards as well as PayPal 

 

6:IS YOUR SITE SAFE? 

Of course! We use Shopify as our platform and all Shopify stores include a highly - secure 128 bit SSL certificate. On top of that, Shopfiy's hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant which is safe and secure as it gets. 

 

7:CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? 

Yes but please note items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must also be in perfect condition and unused in order to qualify for a return. In order to return your item simply contact us at support@toloco.xyz requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Application). We also accept exchanges.
